Did you know that as a Boosh 365 customer, you can check your bills from us anytime by just logging into i-Bill?
Your own i-Bill account allows you to check your latest invoice, search your call history and view your call summary, as well as a whole bunch of other stuff.
Here’s how you do it:
The portal is very user friendly and can make it easier to look through your call history and charges.
Go to www.i-bill.co.uk
Your log in is your customer account number which you can find on your Boosh 365 monthly bill in the top left corner.
Your password on initial set up was your billing address postcode; however you may have changed this since we launched i-Bill back in April of last year.
If you can’t remember what you changed it to, or you’re struggling to log in, just click ‘Forgotten Password’ and pop in your customer account number. This will trigger an email to go to the address that your monthly invoices go to, and you’ll be able to change your password and log in.
If you get stuck, just give our Customer Support team a call on firstname.lastname@example.org and we can reset this for you.
If you’d like to change your password once you’re logged in, you can do it easily using the Change Password link in the top right corner of the portal.
